i love staying here despite the creaturea that lurk in the dark🤣🤣 its not a deal breaker for me but i know it is for some people..the 1 or 2 dead and live little cockroaches i can dismiss it since they have REALLY nice adjustable aircond,hot shower and spacious room and VERY NEAR JALAN TAR makes up for me.im not fussy,so im ok for a night. Cons for me is only no window and toothbursh and toothpaste and slightly old furniture😅 but we'll make do what we have for the cheap price.

Good hotel, in the middle of shopping, in the Yame Indian Masjid area, near various tourist attractions. The equipment inside is not ready for use. Booked three rooms: 1. The water heater is broken. 2. The door cannot be locked. 3. Can't enter the room. Checked in late. Couldn't enter the room. Had to wait for the technician first. Instead of changing the room, wasted more than an hour waiting until asked if it was ok. Come back tomorrow to fix it. We asked to change the room so they changed it. Very tired. Traveled a long way to relax and found this. Went out again in the morning. Came back and the room was not cleaned. 😡

Near from Masjid India Market, Sogo, and easy to KLCC, Bukit Bintang, Ampang and others by bus.

Kamarnya bersih dan luas, pelayanan bagus dan ramah. Tempat belanja dekat-dekat depan hotel jalan raya besar juga di lewati bus. Oke.

This hotel is ok la. Near shopping places. But there is no parking. Parking at paid places is expensive. Forced la. Because there is no parking space.

Customes service OK, but have too clean toilet and bedsheet cover.

The hotel is in a great spot. Large and comfortable room. Only room will not be packed if not informed and towels are not changed if not requested. If there is a trash can in a big supply room, some of the existing ones in the room are too small. Overall satisfactory.

strategic location and near to train station

Request for deluxe suite room for 4 person, but got only suite room for 3 person. Even got extra bed, but the room still small for 4 adult and 2 baby.

The hotel staff is very helpful ... very satisfied to stay here .. location is very strategic ... suitable for parents .. little ones ... there is a lift facility ... rooms are very spacious and comfortable .. clean ..

The service not good. The room not clean. We stay for long term but they don't clean the room and change our towel if we don't request.

4 nights stay no maid room. Towels are not changed Coffee compliment only for the first day. Trash is not discarded. Rooms are well appointed and clean.

I don’t like the bathroom. No privacy. Should improve on that.

Starting from check-in until I check out my room service clean the room, we're the ones that are out of the room, for shower no top up.

Very satisfied with this hotel. I'll come again next time. And I'll tell my friends to book a T. Hotel.
