I stayed here for 2 days. Please retrain the female receptionist and improve her attitude:
1. Coughed in front of a customer without covering her mouth with her hand, while there was a small child in front of her.
2. Didn't tell her to enter through the back when checking in.
3. Asked if she'd get a breakfast ticket for the second day. The receptionist said to just come to the front desk to get one (in reality, you don't need a ticket for the second day; just tell her which room you're in).
4. There were baby cockroaches and mosquitoes near the telephone.
5. Called the receptionist twice to ask why the room hadn't been cleaned. The second call was around 1:30 PM.
She said she was still taking care of the check-out and didn't know when she'd be able to clean the room. Honestly, this is the first time this has happened. Hotels usually clean rooms very quickly.
* During breakfast, the plates and spoons were all gone. I asked nicely, "But when I wanted to get a drink, the female employee called the person who received the breakfast ticket, "I have one long hair." Is that appropriate? bill like that to guests?
