Hotel staff were friendly and helpful at check in.

When we arrived at the hotel, at the reception, we smelled a very pungent smell of urine. The smell disappeared the next night because it had probably been cleaned. The room was quite clean and the sheets, pillows and blankets, the bed smelled so when sleeping, the pillow was put on a pillowcase first. The soap and shampoo were out of stock

the staff asked for a deposit of RM 50 and if you check out after 12 noon the deposit is lost. very strange policy.

Budget hotel. If only for sleeping. Okay. The bed sheets and bed cover looked like they hadn't been replaced for a long time.

Wifi facilities are not up to 24 hours and immediately turn off and very disappointed. The cleanliness of the room is okay but there are groups of ants hanging and it is not clean. Informing the location is not helped. Hopefully they will improve it better so that the hotel is comfortable and suitable for people traveling. Thank you.

Dekat resepsionis bau tak sedap, cadar katil bilik kotor, lantai bilik dan bilik mandi kurang bersih.

Not the same condition as photo description, restroom lobby is dirty, bed not clean.

The price is cheap and close to the checkpoint Malaysia-Singapore border.

Level 1 near reception has toilet smell. The room we live, the electric panel emitting a hizzing sound that are very disturbing, complained to the reception they say will ask technician check, but no one is coming. Aircon fan is very loud, not very comfortable.

The rooms are exactly like the photos, clean, cool, nice, soft mattresses, close to the mall, not hard to find food. But how come I can't get toiletries?
