The staff is friendly, the service is fast and the check-in time is not at 14:00 but if the room is ready at 13:00 you can check in.. Alhamdulillah, it's a great holiday to Pangandaran, staying at the blue sea, ajah.. 👍👍👍👍👍

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The check-in process is fast. The parking lot is quite spacious. The view from the room is good and according to the order. The bathroom is clean and the shower water is strong. There is a gallon of water in the room so it is enough for drinking (no need to buy more). Kids friendly (suitable for family vacations). The hotel location is the best. Just a note for input: the swimming pool water seems to have too much chlorine which affects the color of clothes and stings the eyes. The cloth/pillowcase smells musty. Either it hasn't been changed or it was washed incorrectly. Overall it is okay and recommended. Thank you very much.

Great time while staying at Hotel Laut Biru with my family.

A favorite place to stay when visiting Pangandaran, it's strategically located near the beach, clean, and comfortable. I was able to check in early last night, and the staff were very friendly.

Friendly staff, good service. A suggestion for the breakfast menu: change the main course so you don't get bored. Every time I go to Pangandaran, I always stay at Laut Biru. The breakfast menu could be improved.

The hotel staff and parking attendants were very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is strategic, on the west coast but close to the east coast, including the market, fish auction, souvenir center, and clothing stores. The hotel's views are beautiful, both overlooking the west and east coast. Breakfast is delicious and varied. The swimming pool is child-friendly and there's also a playground. And most importantly, the price is very reasonable for four guests.

This hotel is easily found and across the beach, so it is a great place to stay in Pangandaran. The staff are really, really helpful and friendly. They even send you food to your room if you happen to order food from outside. The only suggestion for them is that the bathroom opening windows need a mosquito net to block insects like bees and flies coming inside the room. And the TV probably needs a bigger size upgrade with Google TV / Smart TV built in. The breakfast needs more choices. Overall this place is really recommended.

Stayed in a family room in the old building. The first-floor room was located in front of the pool, surrounded by tall buildings. Cellular and Wi-Fi reception was almost non-existent inside the room, except on the balcony. Other than that, I had no other complaints. The room was spacious, the breakfast was varied, the air conditioning was cool, and the hot water was running smoothly.

Easy access everywhere, delicious food, friendly staff, and quick response to complaints. It's all great.
