The hotel is clean and comfortable... Next time I'll go there again

The hotel staff and housekeeping were excellent. The telephone operator lacked greetings and struggled to say closing words when speaking on the phone. The restaurant was late in refilling condiments. The location is extremely strategic.

Overall, it's a cool place to stay while in Pangandaran.

The hotel staff was friendly, although there was a long check-in line due to the large number of guests. A suggestion might be to rearrange the check-in queues if there are queues so no one can jump in unintentionally. Overall, it was a pleasure to stay here.

A family vacation. Our accommodation is at Laut Biru. The pool is comfortable for both children and adults. It's close to the beach, making it a safe place to swim.

Overall everything is good, friendly service, clean rooms, and varied breakfast... Then the access is very close to the souvenir center, especially in front of the beach which makes it very easy to access for sightseeing or shopping.

I've stayed here twice, thank God it doesn't disappoint.

Small children are also counted so I had to take an additional room because I brought 4 children.

The AC wasn't cold enough. The room I got was at the end of the room and didn't meet my expectations. I was a bit disappointed.

Strategic location, unfortunately the parking facilities are not very comfortable for hotel guests, more priority should be given to parking.

Strategic location, exit the hotel directly to the beach, the surrounding area is always clean and close to shopping centers, every time I go on holiday to Pangandaran, Laut Biru is always the choice.

Best view can see the east coast, next holiday I want to stay here again..
