Nice, comfortable, and close to the beach and there are interesting photo spots.

The facilities are ok, especially the swimming pool is very friendly for children, the service is ok.

The room was amazingly clean, and the view of the beach was incredibly beautiful, access to the beach was only a five-step walk, only the receptionist lacked a bit of etiquette and in my opinion had a bad attitude because when I called to ask something, they hung up before finishing talking, hopefully your input will be accepted for evaluation.

The facilities are complete, but when we got the room, the AC wasn't cold, especially in room C602.

The hotel staff and housekeeping were excellent. The telephone operator lacked greetings and struggled to say closing words when speaking on the phone. The restaurant was late in refilling condiments. The location is extremely strategic.

The hotel staff was friendly, although there was a long check-in line due to the large number of guests. A suggestion might be to rearrange the check-in queues if there are queues so no one can jump in unintentionally. Overall, it was a pleasure to stay here.

A family vacation. Our accommodation is at Laut Biru. The pool is comfortable for both children and adults. It's close to the beach, making it a safe place to swim.

Overall everything is good, friendly service, clean rooms, and varied breakfast... Then the access is very close to the souvenir center, especially in front of the beach which makes it very easy to access for sightseeing or shopping.

I've stayed here twice, thank God it doesn't disappoint.

Small children are also counted so I had to take an additional room because I brought 4 children.

The AC wasn't cold enough. The room I got was at the end of the room and didn't meet my expectations. I was a bit disappointed.
