On the second night of our stay, a fire broke out two rooms away from ours around 5 AM. Luckily, we weren't asleep yet. The fire alarm was very faint. We only realized there was a fire when we heard the occupant of the burned room shouting. We had to rush down from the 4th floor to the lobby. It's a small hotel with insufficient staff to assist guests. Guests had to fend for themselves, even though we were very shocked. It took about half an hour for the firefighters to arrive. Initially, the staff used fire extinguishers to control the fire. When I asked about responsibility, the staff only said they needed to have a meeting with the manager. I asked if I could check in late, and they said until 1 PM. However, because I hadn't slept and had just experienced the fire, I requested to check in at 2 PM and discuss responsibility afterward. But when I checked out, the staff only offered an apology, which was an extremely irresponsible response.

The accommodation was comfortable and convenient, and the driver was impressive during our stay.

Not bad for the price. The shower had no hot water the whole trip and I had to kill several cockroaches in the room.

It's a lovely hotel in the center of town and has a green theme.

Very bad, dirty red water, can't use, flows slowly, no prior notice that the water has a problem. Stayed for 2 days, both days had the same problem. Not worth the price paid for almost 3000 baht per night. Run away. Google reviews closed comments, can't comment.

All is great except the Wi-Fi. Need improvement on it. Other things are perfect. Staffs are very helpful, the hotel nuance is homey, cozy and many Instagram-able spots. They have Netflix in room, swimming pool is available and it is very close to Lumphini Park.

We've got 3 bathrooms in our unit and it 's great because us girls do not need to wait for our turn to take shower and do not need to hurry putting on make up. Super awesome for girls trip.
