Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay at our property. We sincerely apologize for the issue with the smell coming from the bathroom drainage; we have already raised this concern with our building management for prompt resolution.
We also regret that the room decor did not meet your expectations and that you found the room to be dark. Upon reviewing your photo, it appears that the chandelier was not turned on during your stay. Additionally, when you checked in, Metro Manila was experiencing a storm, which contributed to the overall gloomy ambiance.
