Staff was very friendly and attentive, rooms are cleaned every day, fairly quiet for being on a busy street. Great location, easy, walk to restaurants and shopping in the old city. Rooms are quite large, with a big refrigerator good air conditioning and hot water for showers, but there is not a comfortable chair to sit in. Website advertises a swimming pool, it has been closed for quite some time, that was a disappointment.

Nice place and the location is not bad. The room is clean and nice amount of space. I love it. The shower tap keeps dripping water even if I close it. The rest is all good and they provide shampoo.

Good location, friendly staff but room condition is not good as my expectation.

Good service, clean, good sleep, comfortable and convenient.

It was advertising with a swimming pool. We booked this hotel because we would like to have a cool dip however the pool was green and dirty on our finding (see attached). We spoke to the receptionist and she just kept saying it's been closed for two weeks when we tried to explain that we booked because of this reason. She just didn't care and didn't attempt to resolve the issue.

The room is very wide, the view is very good, but the glass is very thick. Like never clean Balcony with separate sink. There is a sofa, a bench, a bed, a dressing table, a TV, a big refrigerator, a head lamp, a thick bed. Dressing table is broken like a hammer. Very awesome elevator. Swimming pool 7th floor can not swim. Green water never cleaned lichen up. Summary of room width, but a lot of dirty.
