A great hotel with excellent service. There's a large swimming pool and a jacuzzi to warm up after a swim. The ocean view from the room was also beautiful. Thank you for the room upgrade. I'll definitely be back.

The hotel's ambiance and views are excellent, but the rooms are less comfortable due to poor soundproofing. The slightest noise is audible inside, which is quite distracting.

The place is nice, suitable for a family weekend. Children can play freely on the beach. Swim in the pool. For the elderly, there is also a hot water pool for soaking.

Nice place to stay for golfers, complete scenery, mountain, sand beach, and green fields are well maintained. Very recommended.

Please improve the breakfast menu and the taste of the food 🙏

Absolutely loved my stay here! The hotel was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. Waking up to that beautiful view every morning was a dream. The staff were so friendly and efficient, always ready to help. And the food? Delicious! They really have all the facilities you could ask for: a gym, a fantastic pool, and a relaxing jacuzzi. Plus, there are tons of activities to enjoy – snorkeling, biking, billiards, swimming, and even swinging by the beach (FREE)! Perfect for a romantic getaway or a fun trip with loved ones🏊‍♀️🚴‍♀️🏢🏖️🪸🥨🌷🩷

Clean room, great room 257, big pool, child-friendly, there is also a hot water pool. Big TV, lots of channels, clear picture. Maybe the TV can be replaced with one with YouTube to make it even better. 👍 Fast WiFi 👍 The AC is very cold, only the AC remote control can't be pressed 😁 Quiet afternoon atmosphere 👍 Hot water in the room is great 👍

Food variety now is so much better. It used to be quite limited, but now there’s so much to choose from! even waffles and traditional herbal drinks! A really nice improvement that definitely adds a reason to come back 👍👍

The view is really great and the healing atmosphere is there. When we first entered the room, it wasn't working but we immediately helped to fix it. It was just that when we were about to sleep, there was one light that couldn't be turned off. The downside is that it can be fixed, but we didn't want to bother, so that was it. Hopefully, the facility management can be checked again and renovated to make it even better.

Reception service is slow, not friendly with guests. Room AC is broken. No foot mat provided in the room. Restaurant service is very slow

The ambiance of this hotel is incredibly soothing. The beautiful beach is clearly visible from the hotel. The view is amazing. The hotel staff is friendly. The room space is comfortable. Happy to be able to stay here. Definitely will stay at paradise again if visiting Likupang. The only minus is the hotel food which tastes a bit lacking but is pricey.
