The size of the place is less than 1 day. As much as you want to make the most of your payment, you will go around him which somehow contradicts your primary purpose of "to rest". The breakfast buffet has limited choices but its fine because the food is healthy. I am hoping they could extend their generosity making the treatments more affordable. Overall, if theres extra money again, I would love to be back.

The hotel staff are super nice and place gives you a sense of peace.

Aircon was not cold enough for the size of the room. There were no service bedroom slippers, and laundry/plastic bags for soiled clothes, we had to ask. Toiletries were few, no toothbrush and toothpaste, cotton buds, shaving cream. Only shampoo, conditioner, soap, and salt scrub were provided. Food was not at all tasty and expensive. Limited choices. No complimentary coffee in the room. They also sent us a note with a lot of typos and misaligned printing, which was not typical of a 5 star resort. They are overrated.

I had problem with food because I don't eat vegetables

Super relaxing and very comfortable place. The WiFi is good. the place is good and even the room palmera suite are so nice. Super love this place. I'll be back here for sure
