This hotel was okay, but there was no elevator, so if you bring a lot of things, then good luck to climb the stairs. The staff was friendly, the room was okay, the bathroom was big enough and clean enough. This hotel was located nearby to batu caves temple and there was a hidden gem dining around here, it’s called GUA LEPAK, it’s a cafe inside a cave, it’s awesome and as an Indonesian, the food was really suitable for Indonesian 😉

I don't need hot water to make coffee or anything. cleanliness is very poor 👎

When we feedback you guys revert back to the hotel and they seem to be rude and angry when we stay there again. Feedback is for improvement and not to show attitude.

What is the compensation that is given to me as every time review is requested with bad service. The hotel is useless as no soap ir shampoo gel was provided. Have to call few times and no response. Rather go to the nearest 7 eleven to get it.

This hotel is satisfactory but not equipped with hot water to make water, because if a family that carries baby and baby with milk at midnight or mid-morning, it will cause us to go out far to buy hot water, hopefully in the future can improve what less.

The room and toilet was dirty.

The reception missing at night when we come back and cannot go in.

Toilet are very smelly and bed sheet very dirty..and still can see dust on the floor!! Staff still need improvement on how to treat the guest..don't have parking when we ask the receptionist where to park the car he ask to park in front hotel and when we park and the lady the beside shop come and shout that we cant park the car there because its her in front her shop..lastly we pay and park our car at behind hotel..otherwise room are nice and have tv to watch with good aircond condition.

Too loud in the morning and I couldn’t even had a good late sleep.

The hotel is not clean, the bathroom is very small and narrow, the lighting in the bathroom is not bright at all! Not worth for money to pay!

Affordable. Friendly. Safe. at the price you pay, a good room is not to good but enough for traveler like me. But for me, the bathroom is too small. Friendly staff can do it again. Safe for me but quite noisy at first. but it can wipe the eyes.

The condition was very dirty and untidy with old building facilities

Its very annoying because inside the room I found a lot cockroaches. The light inside the bathroom n the water heater not working properly. There is no housekeeping everyday to take out our rubbish. No cleanliness in bed sheets , blanket and also pillow case.

Mineral water is not available, when requested by the buyer at the water machine. Towels are not provided as well, please ask yourself for review. Relaxing staff take a towel at the crib.
