I've been a long-time subscriber. I'm still loyal.

Everything is okay, I've stayed here several times, it's clean and tidy, especially since it's located in the middle of the city so if you're hungry or want to buy something, you can just walk. What I don't like is if you happen to get a room without a window, it feels uncomfortable, but if the conditions are not busy you can request it, yesterday we extended our connecting room and asked for one with a window. The breakfast menu is quite varied, but unfortunately there is only one type of fruit with no choice. Maybe in the future they can offer more than one type of fruit, so if you don't like it, there will be a choice.

The location is in the middle of the city center, close to everywhere.

The hotel staff is friendly, the service is good and fast.

Excellent service. I stayed for 3 nights. I booked 2 rooms. The AC wasn't cooling. I was able to move to one room, but the other couldn't because the hotel was full. Please provide a handwashing sink in the restaurant area. Thank you.

The hotel is located in the city center, easy to find, and easy to get to everywhere. The amenities are standard for the price. Breakfast isn't extensive, but it's okay.

When I'm in transit in Lampung, I always stay at the Astoria because it's close to food stalls and there's a minimarket across the street. The only thing I felt was itchy the night before, and the sheets were dirty, as if they hadn't been replaced (Room 207). Since I was only staying one night and was planning to continue my journey the next morning, I didn't complain.
