The lady staff is very friendly and helpful. The location of hotel is strategic, nearby has many restaurants. The room is decent. Just that the bathroom has many rooms for improvement. The stains / mold on the bathroom wall and around the tap are very unpleasant. The smell of the bathroom also bad maybe due to ventilation issue.

Location in Marina, Miri. In the adjacent area there is a 7 eleven. Cleanliness needs to be maintained. Toilets need to be washed clean.

The hotel staff named Gina was very kind and friendly when working and solving problems very quickly. I'm satisfied with her first class service. Tq Gina.

Comfortable and enough amenities, worth the price! The hotel is surrounded by mostly non-halal restaurants and bars so Muslim travellers may want to check out other hotels in the town centre.

staffs are friendly and helpful. however the pillows are very thin and the pillow covers are a bit old. I have feelings that they didn't change the bed sheet cover because the bed sheet and the blanket looks crumpled. :(

Good location. Nice and friendly receptionist. Stayed in room 316. Bad ventilation in the bathroom. No room slipper despite confident front desk man said it behind bathroom door. Hate to argue. Buy our own. There is a small door leading to balcony which is concealed with a vinyl blind. Lucky I didn't notice at first because the balcony was so dirty and wet with a rotten and chipped door. Nope! Will not stay there again. Love to give them benefit of doubt, maybe it just our room because of its dirt cheap deals price but a cockroach on the bathroom floor is unforgivable. Please do something about your 5 TV channels selection, a rerun of Crazy Rich Asian and Escape Plan 2 will not do any good to your inn.

Strategic location but too noisy.

Location wise is good and strategic. Front Desk Auntie Staff are great friendly. I personal like her service. But the room toilet are having terrible smell. When the day wake up suppose to be energetic day ahead, but all break by this strange and disgusting smell. Yucks. No next time for the hotel. In addition, I still can smell cigarette in the room although I am requesting non-smoking room. Thanks and looking forward for your improvement.

Room very dirty. Aircond totally cannot use, very hot! Never stay there again.

Clean. Near mini Central Park, so I enjoyed walk around sea side.

The best place ever, very nice service. Receptionist friendly, and the most part is.. very easy to go.. everything is complete.. recommended
