The location is close to campus (UMY & Alma Ata) and close to food stalls, laundry, and minimarkets. The rooms are comfortable, although the toilet facilities (toiletries, water pressure stability) need to be improved. Overall, it's good… Thank you Sans Hotel Absari.

the bathroom lock is broken and can't be opened, I asked the officer for help but he answered rudely and said I locked it from the inside, there was no one inside so why not accept it if the lock itself was broken. the AC is also not cold, the mattress was installed upside down, the spring part facing up so it was hard

The room is okay. Only the staff is a crazy guy, really rude, not friendly at all. Please be friendly to the customers! When asked if we could have a late checkout, the answer was really curt!
