The service and facilities are adequate, but room cleanliness and the availability of soap are important considerations. My experience with these two factors was a dusty room. As someone sensitive to dust, I found it uncomfortable. The liquid soap was repackaged in half, possibly due to a packaging defect or simply not being replaced by the previous guest.

The hotel staff was friendly, and the spacious rooms and family-sized beds were a plus. While we were staying, our floor was undergoing renovations (there was work going on when we arrived, which caused some noise). Luckily, we got the room at the end of the building, next to and facing the emergency stairs. But otherwise, the hotel was excellent. Thank you, Green Forest Hotel, for your service.

Service in the restaurant during breakfast at full occupancy was inadequate, with food and cutlery refills delayed, and cleaning in the dining area was slow. The elevator floor was often wet due to guests getting on and off the pool and going to their rooms; the elevator floor was not cleaned or dried regularly. The room was comfortable, but not soundproof. People talking in the hallway or in the room could still be heard.

Upon arrival, it was very crowded. The elevator was a bit wet because people who had been swimming with wet clothes and feet were returning to their rooms, but no one was standing by to dry the elevator floor until I informed the lobby staff at check-out. There were no hotel slippers in the room, and the towels were due for renewal, which is a good idea. And it seemed there was no refrigerator in the room we chose.

The location is through a narrow road due to road closures in Batutulis. The staff service was quite good. The Wi-Fi was intermittent. The room comfort was quite disturbing because it wasn't soundproof, and noise from the corridor and floors above could be heard. The towels provided were a bit smelly and damp. For hundreds of rooms, the elevators were insufficient. The elevator lobby on the first floor had a long queue of people waiting to board. The pool water was quite stinging on the eyes.

The hotel's location is a bit off the main road/toll road, but it's still comfortable. The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is delicious. Management needs to improve on the long waits for the elevator, which ultimately led to the need to use the emergency stairs to and from the fifth floor.

When I first arrived, the hotel was incredibly quiet. It turns out it was actually really busy at night, due to the long weekend. So far, so good, the price is affordable, less than 500,000 Rupiah, including breakfast. The atmosphere is peaceful.

It was really super duper long and really crowded at that time, where the room wasn't soundproof, the next room didn't sleep until midnight.

The hotel is quite old. The hallways are a bit dark, and when you enter the room, there's no soap or mat, so you have to ask for them first.
