The staff is friendly, check-in process is easy, the best size bed is really big. Like 2 king beds. Perfect for 4 people. The breakfast is also delicious (not a buffet but you will get a voucher that can be exchanged for the restaurant on the rooftop), the food at the restaurant is delicious and open for 24 hours, there are lots of liquor choices. Grand Citihub is very youth friendly.
