The hotel is very clean, and the staff is very friendly. The hotel area is very strategic. As you exit the hotel gate, you'll immediately find many vendors, and you can walk to the art market or Jalan Goutama.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is close to the art market and castle, shopping for accessories, in front of the gate there is a spa. If you're sore, just massage. Wow, I really want to come here again. The beautiful atmosphere with plants for the bathroom adopts the Indian house model. It's just comfortable.

Strategic location walking distance to central, friendly staff. The hotel is located in an alley, and on the side of the alley are rows of souvenir vendors and others, so many pedestrians pass by. The exterior is nice but the interior for the garden view is old, the blanket is not suitable. We upgraded to the access pool room which has a fresher building.

The hotel is great and peaceful and calm. The amenities are quite basic but enough to enjoy the peace and relaxation that we experienced. The rooms are clean. Most importantly, the hotel is very conveniently located at the heart of Ubud where we can find everything from restaurants, to spas, and cultural places. It is also just outside a lane of souvenir shops. The location was perfect when travelling around Bali as it is at the center of all the interesting places to do around the island. The receptionist was also friendly. The room was spacious and nice balcony with the view of the pool. At night it is quite peaceful. The bathroom is also very spacious and clean. They provided free tea and coffee. Be wary of the monkeys that may come uninvited though, as they may rummage through your trash can left outside the balcony. Also, your vehicle might not be able to go all the way into hotel as the road is very narrow so you may have to be dropped off a short distance away from the entrance and walk with your luggage in. All in all, the hotel was amazing for us and we highly recommend it! It was value for money!

Bangunannya klasik bali, tempatnya masuk jalan yang cukup 1 mobil aja, jadi direkomendasikan untuk naik taxi saja, kecuali skill mengemudinya sudah ahli.

The hotel is beautifully designed, but some rooms do not have air conditioning. You book a room to notice this problem. Near the center but quiet.

I book a room without noticing that the hotel does not have air conditioning although the price is quite high compared to the hotels around. In addition, because the window design room has no mosquito net, so many insects fly in. We decided to check out and stay somewhere else nearby. The hotel is near the center, quiet and has a swimming pool. If the air conditioner is out of rooms and the room is cleaned, the better.

Good Location, nearby have some local restaurants. The room is nice, view is good but have a lots mosquito in room. All the guests need to read clearly that some room don't have AC.

The location is perfect! The room is clean and we got room right in front of the pool. The ambience is so relaxing. Just please be noted you might have difficulty to park if you come with car. Narrow road. But really near to central and really relaxing ambience.

Strategic place, the bed has been rickety every time it moves a bit of noise so it can't sleep there are no children.

Getting into the hotel is hard to dark, there is no narrow parking TV.

The location is very strategic in the Ubud center but still comfortable. The employees here are very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness is very good. Toileteries only shower soap. There is no television in the room. The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere with plants here and there. Breakfast is provided in the right portion. The taste of breakfast is pretty good. The view in my room is a beautiful coconut tree and bamboo tree.

Good place, calm down. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast, the menu is very delicious in the stomach. My child, who is still in my room, can also have the same breakfast service. Top! The omelette loves it. Every morning there is always hot water in a thermos, complete with tea and coffee! The owner is very friendly too. Next time will come back
