The staff was accommodating. The place was awesome and breathtaking. The room comes with a porch. Great deal. Plus, they offer free port pickup.

No generator in case of power failure. No umbrella ready to be borrowed by customers when it rains. But over all, service was great! will still book and stay in this hotel on my next visit.

We had a 3 night stay and had quality service. Everybody was so accomodating. The resort was so near the port (10 mins)--- for me who always run late on flights back home.. because of too much planned activities and excessive beach bummin'... NorthVille made it so easy. Tho the room and food is average, My Husband and I always rate our experience with the service we received... and no amenities can compensate quality service. Thanks again, Lemuel for having us. We will definitely come back and refer your resort to our family and friends!
