Clean, room as requested (non-smoking room and double bed), will book again next year.

The hotel is quite clean, the food is so-so, not much choice.

The leaders and officers are not home.

Not serving the client's rights well. Clients need a receipt for staying but are not given it. The language of the FO staff is rude and unfriendly.

The room is not clean. For the AC, please fix the location. AC in front of the bathroom door. A cold bathroom. Want to sleep in a hot room.

Staff bad services with interrupting my rest

Both my wife and I slipped and fell as we exited from the bathroom due to a very slippery floor! My wife fell as she went to the toilet just as we ready to go to bed on the second night of our stay. She had a nasty cut at the back of her head that needed four stitches. I also slipped and fell exactly the same way as my wife on the following morning as we were getting ready to check out. The back of my head was badly wounded that needed seven stitches. Other than the above, the hotel is good value for money. It is clean with very friendly and courteous staff.
