Check in process is too long, I have waiting about a hour from 2pm the reason due to high occupancy. Then I found spot on the bed sheet and call the receptionist and he said to change with the new one but until I checked out no one come.

Satu-satunya hal baik yang ada di hotel ini adalah keramahan dan kesabaran stafnya. Terlebih mas resepsionis yang merangkap jadi bell boy. Dari awal proses check in nya lama. Harus download apps dan register-register dulu. Belum lagi kamar yang ternyata belum ready. Katanya reservasi saya dari aplikasi gak masuk, jadi mereka harus cek-cek dulu. Setelah itu masih harus nunggu lagi karena kamarnya masih dicek. Waktu mau masuk kamar, memang canggih karena semua bisa dilakukan via HP. Buka pintu, nyalakan lampu, AC, dan TV bisa pakai HP. Sayangnya kecanggihan itu gak diimbangi dengan fasilitas hotelnya. 1. Hotelnya agak tua dan gak keurus. 2. Di depan resepsionis ada kolam tapi gak ada airnya. Ornamen-ornamen juga sudah usang dan hilang. 3. Sprei kotor dan kuning. 4. Kasur kayak sudah lama gak dibersihkan. Bau apek banget. 5. WC sudah berkerak, kotor, lumutan, bocor-bocor. 6. Waktu pagi, airnya kecil banget. Buat kumur aja udah gak bisa. Flush WC boro-boro deh. Keluarga saya sampe terpaksa BAB after one another tanpa di flush (ya karena gak bisa flush juga) 7. Cukup berisik kalo ada orang lewat. Padahal hotelnya keliatan gak banyak tamu. 8. Pemandangannya hancur banget. Masa pemandangan saya toilet. Tuh saya sudah upload fotonya. 9. Bantal udah gak karuan baunya. 10. Saya request kasur twin bed di aplikasi tapi katanya kosong (ya mungkin kamar twin bed nya lebih gak layak dari kamar yang kami dapat). Saran saya, hotel boleh smart, tapi jangan lupa fasilitas utamanya dibenerin dulu deh. Ya kali buka pintu bisa pake HP tapi air aja gak ada. Kasian mama saya BAB di kloset yang belum di flush. Adik saya juga gak bisa cebok. The only good thing pokoknya mas-mas resepsionisnya. Sabar dan tetap ramah walaupun saya ngomel-ngomel (ya gimana gak ngomel ya hahaha). Apresiasi tertinggi juga buat staf-staf lainnya yang ramah.

Pro: great location, big room, rather clean, good window, friendly staff. Con: bedding and towelling need an upgrade (being whiten or replaced). All white sheets and towels are NOW grey. Bed and shower didn't look and feel clean. Shower holder is broken, no place to hang shower head. Also needs to be replaced as clean it will not work anymore. Whole bathroom has white residue (fungal look alike) but maybe due to using wrong cleaning agents.

I don't think anyone should stay here. Room smells, pillows are moldy, sheets smells, toilet is dirty, shower is broken, very poor hotel management. With the same price or add slightly more you can sleep in a place with much better quality. You won't get a refund or anything for your complaints too. The hotel management should be audited for cleanliness and safety. Family with kids definitely should avoid this hotel.

Awalnya pesan karena harga murah dan sepertinya di lihat dari foto kamarnya lumayan bagus dan toiletnya bersih, ternyata saat sampai kondisi kamar seperti kosan, walaupun luas tetapi yang mengecewakan adalah kamar asli tidak sesuai foto dan kebersihan toiletnya. Kebersihan toiletnya tempat duduk toiletnya kucing seperti sudah lama dan jarang di bersihkan jadi saya menyemprotkan sendiri disinfektan selalu sebelum dipakai, lalu tempat pancurannya airnya menggenang walaupun hari terakhir saya baru protes dan akhirnya di angkat sedikit tutup pembuangannya dan tidak menggenang lagi, kemudian lantai toiletnya bukan ubin dan ada bercak-bercak hitam (bukan corak) memberi kesan kotor walaupun mungkin kalau di sikat pun tidak bisa hilang, kemudian dindingnya kamar sudah lama banyak kerak kuning dan dinding kamar mandi pun bercak-bercak kuning khususnya di samping toilet, suasana koridor lift dan lobby seperti hotel tidak terurus. Interior kamar kurang lemari aja, ada brangkas, kulkas, meja, kursi cuma ya itu tadi di atas saya sudah bilang beda di foto sama kamar aslinya. Saya menginap 5 malam, malam pertama saking kesalnya saya menginap di hotel lain, akhirnya malam selanjutnya mencoba beradaptasi, bagusnya adalah AC dingin dan WIFI kenceng, dan hotel ini pet friendly ya.

Very bad and very disappointing. We came at 16.00, but could not check-in and were told to wait an hour on the grounds that the room was not ready because the check-out and check-in processes were at the same time. Even though in the application it says check out time is a maximum of 12. Ps there are no towels, no bath mat, the AC is off. We complained at 17.00 and we decided to go for a walk first. At 19.30, we returned to the hotel and there were still no towels and we were asked to wait for laundry until 21.00. The room air conditioner that we complained about didn't work, and it hasn't been fixed yet. We are very dissapointed. Our plans to stay there for 2 days immediately changed. That's when we checked out. Very disappointing.

Sangat kecewa pada hotel ini, karena tau akan late check in saya telepon ke hotel untuk memberi kabar tapi hanya disuruh datang tanpa dipastikan identitasnya, begitu sampai di tempat ternyata harus menunggu 1 jam karena kamar belum ready, sampai di kamar sangat terkejut karena kamar sangat tidak nyaman, jauh berbeda dari foto, ada jamur/lumut di dinding, pintu kamar mandi tidak bisa ditutup, kamar terkesan gelap dan tua, tidak ada sabun, parahnya tidak ada handuk, diminta 3x tidak diantar juga dengan alasan laundry mereka sedang tidak baik, hingga akhirnya diantar keesokan harinya di pagi hari. Saya menginap di kamar 201, saya tidak tau hanya kamar ini atau semua kamar seperti itu. Dinding kamar hotel ini juga tidak terlalu meredam suara dari luar, berhubung hotel ini berada di daerah yang ramai aktivitas malamnya, jadi tamu yang akhirnya pulang ke hotel di tengah malam akan terdengar, kemarin ada beberapa tamu yang mabuk dan menurut saya sangat mengganggu. Harga hotel ini menurut saya cukup murah apalagi dilihat dari lokasi yang cukup strategis, tapi tidak berarti hotel ini tidak memperhatikan lagi kenyamanan pengunjung.
