very very bad! stayed for 3 days here, got a minus room with lots of cockroaches and insects.. then asked to change rooms, got a single bed room even though I clearly booked for 2 people.. finally I went back again to exchange & got a decent room compared to the 2 rooms given at the beginning.. the mattress had a lot of wires that came out several times when sitting & lying down, I often got stabbed😭 the wardrobe had someone's smelly clothes & no clothes hangers. the cutlery was very dirty! cigarette butts in the bowl weren't washed😭😭 the spoons & forks were also dirty.. oh my god it was really bad! on the last night the AC was off and not cold! The remote control is also useless because it's broken (I can't be bothered to confirm because it was the last night I stayed) I ended up sleeping by opening the window..😫 The toilet water tap was coming out a little😭😭😭 Please really please.. check the condition of the room before renting it out & don't just give it to the customer for comfort. This is really minus & very disappointing😫

Actually the room is clean but please replace the mattress because there are so many fleas that my hands, feet, back and chest are all bitten and I even have to sleep on the floor because if I am forced to sleep on the mattress I can't. If it wasn't for the high season I might have chosen to move hotels. Then for the elevator access, please if it is lost, make a new one so that the customer doesn't have to bother asking for help from the staff. The staff are quite okay. Then for the bathroom, the shower can't be used because the hose is torn even though a bucket and ladle have been provided to replace it

I can't say anything anymore when I look at the room, the cupboard has been removed, the mattress has an iron sticking out, luckily I didn't get hurt, it's so dirty, honestly I want to cry when I see it. The bathroom is leaking, just look at it and fix it, I took a picture of everything, I'm really disappointed

Dirty apartment, dirty mattress, AC not cold, dirty bathroom, there are cockroaches, shower water is small.

The staff did not respond when there were complaints about the AC, water heater, and TV not working.

Twice I've been here, twice the electricity token ran out and I didn't refill it right away 😌

by prisma utama it's not clear it's just expensive, zero facilities, just tokens until it's dirty

Booked for 1x Bedroom but got Studio instead. Very bad experience, room is dirty, air conditioner didn't feel cold at all even when I never turned it off. Worst, the bed are full of Bed Bugs! Will never booked this unit again

1. the room is not as ordered 2. the room is very dirty 3. the refrigerator is very dirty 4. the room looks like it has been used, not cleaned up again 5. there are cockroaches everywhere 6. no towels, no mineral water, smelly carpet not recommended at all to stay here.

There are cockroaches in the room + it's not very clean. If you are asked to upgrade the room from the one you ordered on the application, don't do it.

The air conditioner cannot turn on even though the remote is in normal condition.

Before 12 o'clock the electricity was already off and couldn't be turned on again, thin pillows, thin bolsters, broken floors. Towels. Have to rent 10 thousand per piece

Bad experience staying here, not recommended. Many cockroaches roaming around, the room door was almost broken until it was taped. Asking to change rooms was not possible. Those who had booked for 3 days 2 nights, finally for the sake of sanity together only slept there for 1 night, the next day immediately moved. Never mind, I lost 1 day. Don't want to stay here again.

Bad experience, the AC is not cold, I want to lower the temperature but the AC remote battery is missing.

The place is not well maintained, lots of cockroaches, the AC is not cold, the refrigerator doesn't work, the water supply is small, dusty, lots of mites, not suitable for habitation.

The furniture is incomplete. You can't use drinking water after the TV. The TV remote has broken. Even though we pay a lot of money, we get less than satisfactory facilities 😭.
