The staff is friendly and the food is delicious

It is a good hotel with a nice swimming pool and a beach. I loved those. They also provide shuttle to the harbor. However, dogs and cats are walking around the dining area and in the beach. This is something that makes me uncomfortable. (This is more of the island's problem rather than hotel's. I give a good rating rather than great)

Nice. The room is like a ship model. In front is Mahagiri beach. There are many swimming pools and they are quite big.

Checkout time was unfortunately too fast, check in was very easy and the staff was friendly. The hotel area is clean and comfortable.

Strategic Location and Taste of Food are acceptable

The hotel is very strategic, right on the beach and not too crowded. Complete amenities, spacious and clean rooms but there is no elevator so you have to go up and down the stairs. The atmosphere is calm, good for honeymoon 🫶🏻. It's just that the breakfast menu has pork, so for Muslims, you can choose if you want breakfast. Incidentally, on Sundays there is also live acoustic music on the beach, so you don't need to leave the hotel anymore. Thank you Mahagiri 🫶🏻 see you soon

Sekelas resort yang gede banget staff nya agak kurang banyak, waktu breakfast ada beberapa menu yang abis an waktu refill in lumayan lama banget! Trus kayak mendiskriminasi banget tamu. Lokal padahal ksna kan tamu lokal bayar juga ya sama kayak bule, kayak gini-gini dri jaman dulu g berubah-berubah dibali beberapa staff-staff di hotel ataupun di resto, Trus saya kan menginap 2 malam, di hari kedua saya minta kamar di bersihin dan nitip kunci di front office setelah plg dri jalan-jalan kami tanya dong kamar ud di beresin dan aneh nya sekelas front office menjawab tidak tahu! Itu bukan jawaban sepantas nya menurut saya sebagai pekerja pelayanan juga, shock banget denger jawaban tidak Tahu, setidak jawab dong sbntr kami cek dulu bla. Blaa. Untuk kamar nya ok banget, karena langsung mengarah ke pantai 👍. Breakfast juga enak. Resort nya okay sekali cuma ada sedikit buat kecewa saja!

Kamarnya luas, poolnya ada beberapa, langsung akses ke pantai, breakfast pilihan tidak banyak.

For the price of 1 million with a room like that, it's not worth it. The AC room was hot, I complained 3 times, the third time I was moved to a room with a fairly good AC. The officer when moving rooms did not offer to help and immediately left without confirming until I moved rooms. For a delicious breakfast, check out is too early at 10 am even though it can extend until 11 pm. Room slippers are small in size. When checking out the receptionist only accepted the key without saying wait a moment, sir, but finally he didn't wait a long time before he said he could stay.

The rooms are clean but the building is a bit old. The beach area is clean, suitable for relaxing. The food is delicious and the food prices are not expensive. We will definitely visit again.

I'm staying 2 night in Mahagiri. I come to hotel at 10 am and surprising my room is ready so I can check in early no charge. Amazing services while I'm across to Nusa Lembongan from Bali. Room is clean quite and functional. The view is amazing. Breakfast standard not many option but that's okay. For next I will come back to Mahagiri.

The room is nice and clean with a great view of the beach. The beach is very big, ideal for family with kids. The staff are friendly and helpful. I wish the hotel has transportation service to avoid guests using horrendously overpriced local taxis.

Good location, room OK but totally different with the picture, gazebo leaked and full of black spot, could't enjoy the facility inside the room, bed perfect and clean, hot water only for 5 minutes and gone, water stuck in the shower area. Price too expensive to get room quality like we stayed, got really noisy pool pump the whole days: (. Corridor area to the villa was super dirty because of the rain, slippery. Breakfast good & normal with some options of Indonesian & Western food. Probably will choose another property since with the price we got, we can got so much better than there. Honest review 👍🏼😊.

Way below average food quality both breakfast and dinner, considering this is an upscale hotel, this is such a shame. Check out time at 10AM is very very inconvenient.

The beach view is good, the staff is helpful and friendly. The facilities in the room are complete and the breakfast is delicious.

I swear the room view is really good. Staying 2 nights is still not enough. All perfect. The food is delicious and honestly very cheap, in the class of a good hotel. Very very recommend. Strategic areas where you can rent a motorbike are also close. Will definitely stay here again for a staycation.

Salah satu hotel yang paling bagus di Lembongan dengan view yang bagus dan makanan enak. Ada kano yang bisa kita pakai langsung ada pantai serasa dapet feel private beachnya juga. Kamar deluxe ocean view nya bagus banget. Rekomen untuk pilih kamar tipe ini. Thank you for the hospitallity.
