Not bad, the location is okay, the cleanliness could be improved a little.

At first it was fine, the air conditioner was cold, the sheets, blankets, clean, warm water were functioning, but when the next day, the tap water for the closet sink and shower turned brown, really cloudy, I was shocked, fortunately I wanted to check out, I don't know what happens when I just checked in, that's it.

The rooms are nice, clean and well maintained. However, the customer service needs to be improved.

Cleanliness is maintained. That price is worth it. Comfortable, clean, there is also a refrigerator with 2 doors, the air conditioner is fast, the toilet is clean. TV channels are okay too. Pleasant.

The problem is that we are already booking, we should have booked the one at Simprug but we were not careful and only focused on the picture which is exactly the same as the premier lens. So we can not review.

The rest is as usual (it has been the umpteenth time staying here), the place is comfortable, the hot water works well, the guard officers are also kind and friendly, and close to everywhere. looking for food is also easy, to indomaret just walk. to Palmerah Station also close. Gojek / grab messages are also easy. Suitable for business needs, or who want to find cheap but still comfortable hotels. just advice. maybe the bed linen, pillowcases, and bed cover are washed until they are clean and fragrant, too bad, if Lenna Residence gets a less than satisfactory value just because the cleanliness is poorly maintained. Minus only there are still a few small cockroaches in the room. but the rest is okay.
