Actually the service is okay, the food is also quite good even though the breakfast variety is not much but at least the food is kept warm so even though the variety is small but it can still be comfortable with the taste and cleanliness of the room, sorry some of the sheets still have stains, some of the towels also look like they are old so the color and quality of the towels are not good, it's a bit strange that the mattress and bathroom towels were replaced but the trash and used glasses from morning drinks were not replaced, the location around there are many places to eat and there is an Indomaret/Alfamart about 600 meters away, if you want to go to the mountain you can rent a motorbike taxi from the hotel, it's okay actually but let's improve it a little more so it's even better

The hotel is nice, but the TV facilities are still lacking, they don't have Android TV yet.

I've stayed at the Balcony many times. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful, and the food is delicious. A very important suggestion: please serve the oxtail soup with crackers, hehehe 😁

The hotel is very close to cafes and eateries. It's perfect for cafe hopping in Sukabumi, as it's only a 7-15 minute drive. The room was quite spacious. It had a balcony overlooking the rice fields. It was clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

The hotel is good, check-in/out is fast, the room is also okay, only the bathroom smells, we didn't take breakfast, the location is strategic, very close to everywhere.

The staff that handled my 'sahur' was very friendly and accommodating. The sahur was specially prepared for us since not many guests request 'sahur'. The room was spacious with a balcony and a nice view.

All ok. The towels could be better but... still acceptable. Apparent good maintenance.
