Alhamdulillah, it was a satisfying 3 days and 2 nights.

Yesterday I found a cockroach in the toilet, hopefully it can be fixed

I didn't expect it to be that comfortable here, close to the beach, close to the restaurant center, easy transportation, there's a swimming pool, even Pekanbaru's fave is beaten.

The rooms are clean, the service is friendly, and there is a swimming pool too, recommended for those who bring family.

The only thing that needs to be improved is cleanliness. The corridor on the 3rd floor, oh my God, is dirty.

There are lots of small cockroaches in the room (table, curtains, floor), the AC is leaking, the bathroom water is seeping onto the floor next to the bed.

1. Actually, I have stayed at fave several times in Jakarta with unpleasant experiences and heard several times the same experiences from friends.. apparently the experience of staying at fave is almost the same, on the first day I had 3 cockroaches, so did the following days,, 2. the elevator door closed very quickly, my child was almost left inside 3. there was one night when the lights suddenly went out 4. on my last day, suddenly the room's AC immediately gushed out water, my child happened to be underneath it and immediately fell and slipped, confirmed to engineering that they were fixing the AC in the next room, which apparently had 1 channel!! how could that happen, why didn't I confirm it? the engineering said I thought there was no one inside.. oh, didn't you confirm it with the receptionist first? coincidentally there was still 1.5 hours left for me to stay before checking out but in a state where the AC was off so I was also dry, finally the hotel stopped repairing the AC next to my room.. I respect the hotel giving fruit slices as a complement for the mistake made, but I'm sorry this fave if it wasn't on budget wouldn't be my choice to stay here.. actually when I was in Jakarta I got this fave with the experience of cockroach babies and I asked to change rooms, but for now I'm lazy to deal with the long and just know that it turns out that fave is the same everywhere, I've stayed in other hotels never even once like this anywhere, and this cockroach baby if you look at the reviews there are indeed some that have the same reviews huh

I booked a junior suite room. It was for the cleanliness of the AC dust to be maintained again, in the room there were also many cockroaches in the toilet.

1. The TV remote cannot be used, so you cannot watch TV 2. There are mosquitoes and insects in the room like cockroaches (it seems from the wood of the bed), please pay more attention.
