The room was fairly clean, with a prayer mat and a Quran. Hopefully, tissues and slippers will be provided in the future. The Premier Room didn't match the description, which stated it was 30 meters wide, but it was actually only about 18 meters. The TV channels were incomplete, the phone was broken, and there was only one receptionist, and she was elderly.

It should be explained that it is a sharia hotel, written in the hotel name, if it is like this, the name is misleading.

Initially I wanted to replace the selected facility with another one on the grounds that it had run out, but in the end it was in accordance with the initial agreement 😄.

Had to change rooms because the night light was broken.

The hotel service is great, from the previous room that did not have a water kettle, it was replaced with one that did. Overall it's good, only the location is close to a building that is being demolished so it feels strange. Close to the city center so it's nice. Every day it is cleaned and refilled with drinking water, this is a plus point in my opinion even though it was not requested.

Wifi is not active and the heating area is not hygienic, there are only 10 TV broadcasts and there are no Indonesian channels.

The hotel is a bit difficult to find because it is in a residential area and not on a major road. But in general the hotel is pleasant. Worth the price.

When I first entered the room it smelled / didn't smell good. For others OK.

Booking 2 kamar, satu kamar masih kotor sudah dikasih ke customer, minta pindah kamar. Satu kamar lagi lihat foto untuk detail. Ini hotel kotor dan tidak terawat, pemiliknya tidak pernah cek hotel atau tidak peduli. Management tidak peduli kenyamanan tamu.
