Very dirty. Never change the new covers for the pillow and bed for new guests. No towels ready. Got rubbish left from previous guests and when I want to check out. They ask me to pay extra. Because they said their room price per night should be RM70 +. Please take note of all the complaints! Thanks!

Room was really untidy. Dirty. Table drawers have lizard droppings in it. Very very dirty. Very unpleasant stay.

I already booking deluxe room but when I arrive the reception said no rooms available and he won't refund my money! I came on a late night for work but no rooms?! At the end , he gave me very poor room, size so small!! And the room door was broken!

The old check-in process, the room should have been rented to others.
