Overall good, but the Wi-Fi can't be connected, there are no tissues in the room, no hair dryer in the bathroom, and the sink tap only has hot water, maybe the facilities can be improved in the future.

the lack is in the food, because it only provides rice, vegetables, and eggs with sauce. there are no other choices. for snacks there is white bread and also coffee and tea, but it is not hot (already cold) even though I had breakfast around 7.15 am.

The room is not soundproof enough so I'm afraid when my child screams loudly it will disturb the guests in the next room. Apart from that, the room is very comfortable, my child likes it, every holiday, he chooses to come back to this hotel. The staff is friendly, room service is also always on standby. dirty sheets with lipstick marks as if the cover was not changed, smelly bathroom, smelly towels were changed but still smelly but not bad compared to before. Breakfast menu is very minimal/disappointing.

the room view is not suitable for the 2nd floor with a sea view type room on the 2nd floor
I suggest you also install clear curtains, because if not, with the position of the room on the 2nd floor, the distance from the viewing angle to the restaurant or hotel in front can still see into the room -

The hotel staff is very friendly and the service is ⭐️5 and makes the CI and CO process very easy. The price is very affordable and can walk to Losari Beach and culinary around the hotel. -The room is not soundproof. But it's still okay.. -The bathroom smells a bit 😁
