The room was quite old, but not dirty and odorless. However, the bathroom seemed to have problems. In the first room, the bathroom floor was flooded. I called reception because I thought the housekeeper might have just finished cleaning and forgotten to mop, but the staff said it had been cleaned a while ago. I requested a room change. The second room also had a small leak in the bathroom floor. The room wasn't soundproof; I could clearly hear people walking past the room and the TV in the next room. The hairdryer was broken, but the cord was neatly coiled, indicating the room's amenities had never been checked.

The room was clean, the service was good, and the staff were friendly and cheerful.

The bathroom only had a bathtub, unsuitable for elderly guests. We had to ask for extra pillows and were only given one. The bathroom lacked toiletries; I've stayed in hotels half the price that provided much more. The positives are the beautiful sunset in the evening, its proximity to restaurants, and convenient transportation. Overall, I was unimpressed, especially considering the high price compared to what I expected.
