All the staff were friendly and the hospitality was excellent. However, the rooms could be improved, as they lacked fragrance. For sheets, blankets, and prayer items, perhaps you could choose a laundry that provides a more pleasant fragrance.

The price was affordable, the staff were all very friendly, the room and bathroom were clean, and what was even more impressive was that if I left something behind, the hotel informed me and agreed to send it to my home as they were no longer in Semarang. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hotel in Semarang.
