Small and simple rooms but comfortable and clean. Staff is friendly and clean the room daily. Sometimes brown out and the aircondition didn't work always but it was bot a big problem. I enjoyed my stay.

The rooms are clean. My only problems were the rest room door - it’s difficult to close and the stuck door knob in my room - you can’t get in without a key. I had to ask the front desk to open the door for me twice. But these were heavily compensated by the staffs’ friendliness, the ambience, and the unlimited brewed coffee!

Balay Paragua offers simple yet cozy ambiance. The interior of the whole place is relaxing and have the probinsya vibes. The staffs and even the owner himself are very accommodating and friendly. The location is a big plus since it is just walking distance from the beach, bars, grocery, Church, etc. They provide hot water and coffee/tea 24/7 but do not serve breakfast because the owner wants the tourists to explore and try foods that other establishments offer. The place is also safe, you can roam around even at midnight. Overall, it was a great experience and if I'll be given the chance to come back to El Nido, I would definitely stay again at Balay Paragua!

Toilet was clogged and kept overflowing. There is a stinky aroma in the bedroom that never went away. Fortunately, the staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is near everything.

The place is great. It is just near the activity area or the resto and bar. It is quiet. But one thing they should adjust is do some housekeeping everyday. In my 3 nights, they never did housekeeping. But overall it was great. Unli coffee. Just in front is a store. There is a security guard.

It's like our home. All staffs were accommodating and kind. Our room is clean, but the water from shower is quite weak. There's free wifi. And if you are a coffee lover, you're lucky because they have free coffee/tea. The hotel is in accessible place and had a nice view of rocky mountain. Thank you Balay Paragua for making us happy on our 1st Wedding Anniversary.
