Our room is clean and the place is 10mins away from the center of the city, which is good if you don't noise in your surroundings. The toilet bowl though sometimes doesn't flush fully and its look is quite old. They don't have bidet as well. I think the bathroom/toilet room needs renovation. But all in all, I'm happy with our stay. Another plus factor is that the receptionist allowed us for early check-in. Thank you Kundutel.

We enjoyed our 2N stay to rm 204. Staff are accommodating and helpful. All facilities we used are good. Great experienced. Thanks for the free access also to Carribean Resort. I'll give 9/10 for I'm not able to connect to their wifi.

Great for our family to get the free Carribbean Water Park vouchers. Hotel itself clean and tidy. Breakfast priced too high, so we ate out...

The room looks exactly the pictures, good hot water, this stay we had an extremely comfortable bed {room 404}. We have had a few different deluxe rooms over the recent years that we have stayed there on holiday. What lets it down is bathroom cleanliness, dirty shower curtain and air con filter needs cleaning which is a small job to do. restaurant has some nice food. the place is a little out of town but is quiet. Supermarket up the road with a fast food court, swimming pool with water slide is 50 meters up on the left

The hotel is good. but the hotel stuff is not that accommodating. it's raining that time when I am there and no service umbrella available for the costumers from the parking area to use

Kundutel Bacolod has always been a part of our itinerary when an event comes up and we need to stay in a hotel for the preparation. We brought the print out of our voucher at the front desk at the time of check in and within a few minutes our keys were prepared, the bell boy was ready to help us with our things to the hotel room,everything was so accurate as ever. 2 days was actually not enough for the time spent in Kundutel, we enjoyed the treat of going to Caribbean for free for 2 guests and we also love the accommodation. Try your experience in this hotel, surely you will be satisfied as we are and you will also end up giving a good review for this outstanding hotel. Totally non-existent wifi, connection is next to nothing and most of the time it kicks me out. Other than that, all were good.

They said the hotel has internet in the rooms, which was the reason I booked with them, but I wasn’t able to connect at all during my stay because their internet provider bad. I would understand if the whole of Bacolod has bad internet, but hotels nearby have good internet. If internet is a problem, Kundutel shouldn’t say they have available internet or should change their internet provider to give efficient internet services.

Old but clean building. Cold room with hot shower.

The toilet in Room 204 doesn't flush easily. You have to keep on holding the flush lever until everything is flushed.

Great stay. They clean my room every day without requesting.

The front desk lady is not accommodating. But my son enjoyed the mini pool, so we might book again. Please tell the front desk to greet their guests with a smile. The food was good but a bit pricey.

nice place got a free entrance at Carebean waterpark and resort amazing place and accommodation staff are okay. unluckily we experience total blackout of power and light... twice.. a little bit scary.. overall my stay are still great.. I highly recommended.

As always , the experience has been memorable and worth our time . booked the hotel for our Nohs Alumni. event since it is near the place. Reception was so friendly, staff were accommodating , WiFi was great. Booking for the 3rd time but then will continue booking when we need a place to stay at

wonderful time together with my family, we had some power outage during the stay but the hotel managed to turn on the generator right away Good job .... , room was perfect. internet was perfect , we will book again next time .... Thank you so much
