The service wasn't good. Our room not clean for days. We asked to clean our room, the worker said yes but not done the job. When entered a bathroom the toilet wasn't flush, it was full of poops. Disgusting. But the Hotel view and outdoor facilities are the best!

The service is very good because we booked through Traveloka for a Deluxe room but when we checked in it turned out that the room was full so we were moved to the Pavilion room and the service was very friendly 👍🏽🙏 Thank you for the good service by the Nirmala hotel 👍🏽🙏

The overall hotel is very good, the scenery is beautiful, the air is fresh, the atmosphere is calm, the receptionist is friendly. There are only a few disadvantages including the bed seems to have been somewhat damaged, the breakfast menu does not vary, TV channels are limited to only 3 channels, the bathtub is rusty, and WiFi does not work, but from the environment, we are very satisfied with the calm atmosphere and away from the crowds. It is suitable for those of us who want to avoid crowds with husband / wife or family.

The hotel is clean with antique furniture and a very beautiful location on the edge of the sea overlooking Yapen Island where the sun rises. A very comfortable place to relax, enjoy tranquility and peace, there is a cycling place and bicycles are provided by the hotel. Comfortable for those who want to honeymoon, groups, and family activities. The location is not right in the middle of town but is very comfortable and quiet.

The hotel is quiet, there is a spooky impression, even though for holidays it's not bad, spacious, friendly service. Unfortunately far from the city.
