In early October 2025, I had a trip to Hanoi for Baekhyun EXO's concert, so I decided to book a room at MVillage Ho Guom for 4 days and 3 nights in the Deluxe City Views category. I had actually stayed at MVillage in Saigon before and liked it quite a bit, so I decided to stay there again when I went to the North. What I liked most about MVillage Ho Guom is that it's almost right next to everything. Just a short walk away is Uniqlo Hoan Kiem, and across the street is right to the Ho Guom area. If you go in the opposite direction from the hotel, you'll be right at Trang Tien Plaza. What I like most about the rooms in the MVillage chain is the cleanliness and the friendly, professional staff, and of course, I received the same at MVillage Ho Guom. There was even a staff member with a Southern accent, which made everything feel quite familiar. Initially, I intended to book at the Mvillage Thợ Nhuộm area, but probably because the staff were busy and couldn't reply to messages consistently, I decided to switch to the Hồ Gươm area. The staff there responded very enthusiastically, making me feel welcome. The building was quite small compared to what I expected, but the rooms inside were fine. Overall, I had a fun trip!

Every time I have the chance to go to Hanoi, I choose MVillage Ho Guom because the rooms are clean and fragrant, and especially because the staff are super lovely.

The reception staff are very enthusiastic, friendly and attentive. The room is clean.

The room is clean, and I like the shared facilities of the hotel (kitchen, laundry, work space). The staff is lovely and enthusiastic. When I went, the studio room was a bit small, next time I will try to choose a bigger room.

The room was a bit small, the toilet was also small but clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is right in the city center so it was easy to get around. The last night was a bit noisy because the guests in the next room were still arguing loudly after 12am.

The day I arrived in Hanoi, it was stormy so I got a noisy attic room due to the corrugated iron roof. I contacted them and they changed rooms immediately. The hotel is just a few steps away from Hoan Kiem Lake. The receptionist was very attentive. Although the room was small and had no TV, it was very clean and new.

Worth the experience, value for money and easy walking distance to surrounding areas

Great experience, especially the enthusiasm of the 2 receptionists. If I have the opportunity to return to Hanoi, I will continue to choose M Village Ho Guom.

When I arrived in Hanoi it was already night.. the hotel was a bit hidden, I thought it was a cafe. I got lost. But the room was clean, complete, free laundry and refillable drinking water. The receptionist service was very friendly. Close to tourist attractions. Fast wifi. Affordable price. Maybe if I go to Hanoi, I will stay here again.

The young staff are very cute and enthusiastic in supporting! Clean and airy room, spacious bathroom. The window corner is very chill. Convenient central location, airy sidewalk

The location is very strategic. Near to all the iconic places in Hanoi. All the staff are really friendly and helpful. The washing machine and mini kitchen are really nice. The room is really clean. I will surely stay and book this hotel again later when I visit Hanoi. I didn't get to taste the food because I booked the Room Only room. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. I am very satisfied🥰
