Very pleasant, clean rooms and located in the city center

The room was clean and quite spacious, and the bathroom was also clean. However, the last time we stayed, the AC wasn't cooling, and we were hot all night. It was already too late to complain to room service. Next time, maybe you should check the AC first, as this is quite vital. Indeed, I've never had a problem with the AC not cooling in the past few times at Sahid. Hopefully, things will continue to improve in the future.

Overall the service is quite good, even though the condition of the building and rooms seems a bit old.

There's a small cockroach in the room 😔, there's no telephone, it's hard to call reception, the TV won't turn on

Place like run down needs an upgrade or renovation? One lift was down? Breakfast was just so so. It’s not the same Sahid i stayed a few yrs back

just had our holiday at Sahid hotel, it would be nice if the breakfast was refilled fastly. but my kids enjoyed the swimmping poll.
