My child broke a coffee coaster that cost 70,000 rupiah, even though buying 6 plates and coasters only costs 130,000 rupiah. I regret it and won't stay here again. The staff was unfriendly. I felt like I'd been scammed. I asked for the cups to be removed, but they didn't allow me to return them.

The hotel staff was quite friendly, though a bit indifferent. I arrived with two suitcases and two backpacks and checked in at 9:30 PM, but there was no offer to help carry them to my room. The room was small, making it a bit difficult to pray. Hopefully, they can be more considerate and considerate of their guests in the future.

The hotel is situated very near to the street food and mini market (just a few walks or across the street). The bedroom space for a standard room is quite small, and all room types are treated the same (no specified smoking and non-smoking rooms).
