ห้องพักโดยรวมดีแต่มีกลิ่นอับ ฝักบัวก็เสีย ปรับออกข้างบนกับออกฝักบัวไม่ได้ สภาพแวดล้อมเริ่มทรุดโทรม ส่วนอาหารเช้า มีคูปองมาให้ พอหน้างานพนักงานมึนบอกไม่เอา และห้องอาหารไม่โอเค ไม่มีการทำความสะอาดเลย ฝนตกเมื่อคืน ก็ไม่ยอมเช็ดโต๊ะที่เปียก
