The best thing about this place is that you can just go downstairs to the mall, and finding food is easy. But seriously, the front desk is incredibly complicated. They confiscate your ID card/driver's license, and only give you one key card. As a result, if my husband takes one key, my son and I have to repeatedly ask the bellboy to open the room, and we end up in the dark without electricity while waiting for my husband to return. This is a very inconvenient rule for guests. Why doesn't management just have a written agreement with guests that if a card is lost, there's a fine and then they have to sign it? Instead of this, with the staff constantly going back and forth to open our room. It's better if the room is close, because if it's far away, you're the one who's in trouble. I've stayed here four times, and this is my fifth, and this is the first time I've seen a rule like this. I gave it 5 stars yesterday, but I'm sorry I'm giving it 1 star. Hopefully, management will improve this key card policy and start conducting "excellent service" training for front desk employees.
There could be two more pillows per room, because this one is all so soft. When I flush the toilet in the bathroom, the water comes out yellow, like urine. The water from the bidet also smells. Hopefully, this can be fixed.
