When I first entered, the security and gatekeeper were unfriendly. They looked at my booking confirmation, asked me to open the app, but their eyes weren't focused on the booking. Then they suggested I bring my key to get in. How could I get the key if I hadn't checked in or gone to reception? The water smelled, so the bathroom smelled.

Lokasi di harbour bay, tinggal jalan ke tempat kegiatan, fasilitas kamar dan sarapan oke, sayangnya dari kamar masih terdengar suara dari club.

3 Hari nginap di sini, kamar dibersihkan 1x pas hari kedua, dikasih air mineral tapi nggak dengan teh kopinya, handuk juga dah mulai habis benangnya.

Sejauh ini bagus saja, tetapi colokannya dekat kasur enggak ada, jadi kalau mau cas HP, enggak bisa sambil tiduran, tetapi bagus juga demi kesehatan mata dan otak.

Sebelum check in, kita titip koper, dan dilayani dengan sangat ramah dan baik.

The room was not adwquately clean and did not have paper flip flop. The food for. Breakfast needed improvement in. Terms of quality and variety. But the room was surprisingly bright, suitable for working.

First time to Batam, staying at this hotel, good service, quick check in and check out, clean rooms, smooth hot water, and what I didn't expect, for that price I got a bathtub. The breakfast menu is extensive and delicious. It's top.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel location is also very strategic. Surrounded by minimarkets, restaurants and cafes. If you want to cross to the next island or to the next country it's also very easy, because the port is right across from the hotel. Unfortunately the breakfast is limited and the taste of the food is also not satisfactory (except the croissant which I think is delicious).

Fasilitas hotel bagus, kamar luas dan ada bathtub meskipun bintang 3. Namun, untuk ruangan non-smoking masih tercium dengan sangat aroma asap rokok, dalam sehari dan beberapa waktu mati listrik berkali-kali, lebih dari 6 kali. Menu makanan biasa saja dan selama 3 hari nasi putihnya tidak matang.

Mother's place is close to everywhere but unfortunately in the morning there is a lot of noise, I don't know what the sound is and the AC turns itself off.

The air conditioner is not good, after 20 minutes it is still hot, the room is cramped, the room smells bad.

I took a deluxe room. Room spacious enough for 2, have a safe and icebox. Bathroom with bath tub. Strong water flow, heater working perfectly. Only setback is the free breakfast. Very simple not much variety to choose from.
