All services at the hotel are neat and standard, from the Reception to the Service staff are very polite and enthusiastic to support. The buffet breakfast is delicious and moderate. The hotel room has a classic style but is fully equipped, stable wifi, soft bed... Brings a sense of security when staying at the hotel.

Interior is very old and smell so bad. Receptionist is very unprofessional, they were eating while talking to customers! Never go back

The staff and security guards are very friendly. The hotel location is very suitable for families, especially the elderly, and it is very convenient to go to places around the center (especially the Night Market and Xuan Huong Lake).

Before going, I heard a lot of stories about the noise and old hotel facilities, but after going, I found it okay. The hotel's location is right at the night market and near Da Lat market, convenient for traveling. The room is not as old as I imagined. I stayed in the Deluxe class, at the back so it was not noisy. The 45m2 room was quite spacious.

The hotel is located right in the center of the city for convenient transportation. Step out of the hotel door are full of restaurants, bars, shopping, and the restaurant staff and security guards are all very friendly. Thanh Thuy is the check-in staff for group m. She is very thoughtful and supports guests extremely enthusiastically. If I have a chance, I will still come back to TTC. Thank you!

The room facing the market street is nice, but sleeping with the window open at night is a bit noisy (because the room doesn't have air conditioning so I'm afraid closing the window will suffocate).

Cũng tiện đi lại, có chỗ đậu xe lúc lấy xe ra hơi cực, vì đợi dời xe khác. Bữa ăn cũng được, không đòi hỏi cao với mức giá này.

Phòng cũ kĩ, có mùi ẩm mốc, vị trí thuận tiện khách sạn nên nâng cấp lại, ở TTC nguyễn chí thanh ok hơn, do bay sớm vào chuyến 5h30 sáng có yêu cầu khách sạn packing ít bánh ăn nhanh trên xe nhưng khách sạn k0 đồng ý, phục vụ k0 linh hoạt. Ở Đà Nẵng khách sạn luôn hỗ trợ khách nhiệt tình theo case, sẽ k0 bao giờ quay trở lại đây. Quên chụp nên lấy ảnh tạm
