I had a beautiful and spacious deluxe room and a large bathroom. I am Singaporean and have been working in the F&B hotel industry for 15 years. I felt disappointed that the breakfast buffet spread is below my expectation. I wonder if this could be the reason most guests choose rooms "without breakfast". Please do not let the hotel F&B department be a setback for the hotel striving for success. Thank you.

The hotel room interior was very modern and with good space. It also offers free shuttles to Batam’s 3 malls. Good location for short stays as it is close to the ferry terminal.

The hotel is comfortable. Competitive price, although there are many other hotel competitors in the Harbour Bay Batam area that offer prices that are not much different. Previous experience visiting Batam staying at other hotels in the Harbour Bay area, the rooms are smaller. The wifi speed is also fast. The room is clean. Good work so far
