Overall, it was a really good stay here, just one day is not enough. I will stay here again next time. The breakfast has a lot of variety, but it's a shame the food tastes a bit lacking, almost all the food is bland (for a 5-star hotel). The only thing I think is good is the cakes and pastries. The food tastes better when I stay at a 3 or 4-star hotel. Maybe the taste can be improved.. ☺

The view is really beautiful, the atmosphere is serene, especially after the rain. Ci co smooth. The room is okay, spacious, clean. The bathroom is fully functional. Breakfast has many choices, complete, and tastes quite good. Free photos. The kids felt at home 👍🏻

It's a complete vacation here. The views are so beautiful and the facilities are so complete that the kids won't want to leave. But you have to be aware of the Puncak opening and closing times. Yesterday, I was half an hour late and they closed, so I had to wait two hours before I could get back on track.

First time staying here. The service and staff are great, very helpful and friendly. The receptionist is also very helpful in listening to guests' wishes. I asked for a connecting door room, but unfortunately, it wasn't available because it was full. So I was given an adjacent room, making it easier for me to go back and forth to my sister and mom's room. Checked in early at 1:30 PM because the room was already ready. The room and bathroom were very clean, the view from the room was also really good. I asked for an upstairs room, but because the room wasn't ready, I just took the ready room. Unfortunately, the refrigerator in the room didn't work..😕 The housekeeping staff was also very fast, when I called to dry the bathroom, it didn't take long, maybe 5 minutes later they arrived..😍 There is a swimming pool 3, but unfortunately, only one has hot water. So everyone is crowded in the hot water pool, the space is small. Maybe they could add another pool with hot water. There are also many facilities outside the hotel, such as horse riding, fiddling with animals, flying fog, etc., but unfortunately, it's expensive. 😁 Overall, my stay here was really good, even my child cried so much that he didn't want to go home. Overall, it's nice and comfortable. Only the breakfast variety is less than when we were here a few years ago.

I've stayed here twice... but the second time I had to leave because my suitcases were waiting for about an hour before they were delivered to my room. As a result, the kids wanted to go swimming, so they had to wait until Maghrib. Overall, it's nice here.

The food is standard, not too much like a 5-star hotel, recommended for family hotels, especially those with small children because there are many children's play options.

Very very satisfied and happy staycation at Le Eminence Puncak😍 The view is very beautiful and cool, like a painting when you see the view. And the staff are very friendly and very kind, also the place is spacious, kids friendly, the swimming pool is very large and spacious there is also one for kids, and the room is complete with a view of the river and garden, will come back again if you come to Puncak🥰

Was my second time staying at Le Eminence. The first one was the early opening. My family love to stay at this hotel. Staff were so nice and helpful. Breakfast food was good. The room with the view was excellent.

All the facilities, service, and rooms are good. The only downside is the toilet was clogged due to lack of maintenance. I used rooms 1007 and 1008... Both rooms had problems with the toilet.

For a nice location, the service and the friendly staff, and the facilities, the clogged bathroom toilet doesn't reflect the upkeep of a 5-star hotel.

View is okay, but the room feels old and just average. No small towel, hot water takes forever, and the shower water flow is very weak. The bathroom curtain was also dirty.
