I'm in the suite room. Clean room service is a bit far from the old town, but there is a free bicycle service for you to walk around the old town. Nice and clean room in classic, quiet style. I put it in la residencia, but the place has stopped working and moved to litte Hoi An. The Litte group's hotels are fine.

We had a great stay at the hotel and enjoyed everything about it: the antique decor, the nice charm of a boutique hotel, friendly and helpful staff, the quietness and the free shuttle service to An Bang beach, which we used everyday. Overall we are satisfied and happy that the rating was accurate.

I have a great 3-day 2 night stay here. Staff were friendly and enthusiastic. You immediately changed rooms for me when I wanted to have a larger balcony. It is 10 o'clock in the morning and it is too late to eat breakfast, but the staff are happy to serve breakfast at the bar for us. The hotel location is very close to walking to the old town, there is free bike, there is a shuttle to An Bang 2-3 times a day. I will definitely return to this hotel when I come to Hoi An

Nice hotel, we have an interesting, fun, cozy family holiday here. About 6km from the coast but we have cars so it is convenient to travel. Great service, good breakfast, clean and clean rooms. Hotel staff is cute, friendly, open. Although we stayed for only one night, we were very impressed and comfortable and energetic for the trip of Vietnam. If we have the opportunity to return to Hoi An, we will come to La Residencia again. Thanks Traveloka for the great price, love Traveloka!

Small room, no garden. The indoor pool is not sunny, so it is cold. Expensive.

I was a so-lo traveler this time, even though I booked for two. When I arrived, I got upgraded, which I highly appreciated. To review this place: wonderful! I will definitely come back to this hotel if I visit Hoi An again. The staff, the room, facilities, breakfast buffet, location, shuttle bus to the beach ... everything was perfect. I couldn't ask for more.
