My stay at Jims Castle Inn was great. The front desk officers are very nice to assist us in our needs, most especially in the tours. They booked the tours for us and only have to pay them the exact amount after the tour. They also helped us rent a scooter to tour around even though we reached Coron after lunch. They also have a very sweet dog, Choco, who is ready for head rubs.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They made sure we feel at home and safe ❤️ Hotel was very clean and well managed. Suprised that our room was very big and spacious. Very affordable and accessible place. We paid around 500 only per head. The only downside was the road going to the hotel since it was very steep and we had heavy luggages at hand. The place was very quiet and peaceful. They offer free wifi, coffee and distilled water in the lobby. Overall, I give it a 9/10. This is the perfect place to stay for a budget travel 💯

Very accommodating owner of the hotel and very accommodating staff. Place is near downtown, so very accessible. Affordable place to stay but really nice place. My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommended for travellers and tourists.

Love the place cause it 's near the town proper. It 's just a walking distance from the hotel to the hang out places in coron.

Me and my partner are 1st time in coron, Booked a 5D4N with jims castle inn and it was a right decision. Room is very clean, aircon is working (malamig). Komportable mag sleep, and most of all ate (owner) of the property was very nice and friendly super mabait. Pag may need kami she always accommodates us. Jims castle was also budget-friendly, and my suggestion is if you want to have a tour you can direct to the owner, she also offers different tours, town tour and island tour. This is a hassle free, may susundo mismo sanyo sa reception in the morning to start the tour around 7-7:30am (Joiners) and ihahatid kau sa van. If you want to eat and have fun, Bayan is near also. You can ride a tricycle for 15pesos per head, and if you want to hang out you can walk from Jims to Sharkys 😊 Highly recommend this hotel to all soon Coron travellers 💝 Will surely come back here to bring my family 🌼.

Let me list down the pros and cons of staying at jims castle inn: 1. Since it is located at coron town proper, it is very near the market, national road, restaurants and souvenir shops. You can either walk or take a tricycle and pay 15 pesos per head to go to these locations. My only problem is that you need to climb up in a very steep street going to jims. I don’t recommend this for children and senior citizens. 2. Staffs are nice. Although most of the times, the receptionist is not always present in the front desk during her working schedule. I’m not sure why. By the way, the front desk is only open from 6am - 9pm if i’m not mistaken. They offer free water, you can also pre-order breakfast meals. They can help you book tours and can help you get hotel/airport transfers. 3. Facilities are superb. All areas are clean. The room that we got is very big. We have our own kitchen with complete cooking sets and utensils, (this is the only coron hostel/b&b that I know who has kitchen) with stove, water heater, refrigerator!! Dining areas (we have 2 sets of dining tables and chairs, 1 in indoor and 1 in the balcony), bathroom (it’s clean, and it has shower and heater), it has a separate bedroom, the bed is so comfy. Ac is in great condition. Same with the electricity, it is stable. Wifi connection is not that good tho. Everything is great if only they add a television in the room, it would be perfect. 4. Accommodation price is very cheap. We only paid around 3,000 pesos for 3 nights. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at jims castle inn. :)

We are group of 8, we occupy 3 fan rooms at 2nd floor with common rest room. We still recommend this place because the owner is very kind, their room is good for 2 pax only but we request an additional 2 bed for only 500 pesos for 3 days and 2 nights! Good deal right! The receptionist is very helpful, very willing to educate us in our Kuripot Adventure Team. Thank you so much Jims Castle Inn!

staff are courteous and polite. it's just the location, really. place is in the inner area of a steep, muddy ally. so imagine the inconvenience everytime you go in and out of it. and during our stay, power supply was unstable. we're opted to use the fan instead of AC once in a while to lessen the usage of power coming from the generator.

The staff are really nice and accommodating. The place is clean and good for backpackers. On the other hand, you have to prepare your legs since the location is a bit steep.

Location is good, and staff is very friendly and accommodating. However, I booked a room with 2 queen beds and was given a room with 1 queen and 1 double deck. No tv inside the room also, and during our stay the water service was disconnected and made us really uncomfortable. Though the staff did everything they could to fix the problem, but still it wasn't the kind of experience I was hoping for.
