Old model hotel, big & clean rooms, bathroom cleanliness needs more attention, breakfast has many menus and tastes good.

Many of the room amenities are in need of repair and renovation. The exterior and lobby are nice, but upon entering the room, the dated feel is palpable. Even the wonky electrical outlets are overlooked.

it's a great hotel and I have stayed in this hotel for the third time. But unfortunately every times I stayed there must be some problems arised. What I experienced for this last visit in room 213 is the AC is out of refrigerants so the room so hot. After I report of course, the technician send into my room to check and refuel AC refrigerant and it worked well after. Thanks for the quick response and good attitude from the technician that day. Hope next time the staffs make sure everything is working before hand it the room to the customer.

Some parts of the room weren't clean, like the gaps between the bedside tables. There were lots of small cockroaches. The pillowcases were worn out, the sheets dirty. The bathroom had lots of hair from the previous occupants.

The staff is friendly, the hotel is well-located, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Room size are feel bigger than my imagine...clean and beds are comfortable for sleep.

Firstly, the receptionist got me a bedroom with a broken or malfunctioning air conditioner. I reported to the receptionist to send their technician for a check. I waited quite a long time, approximately. 20-30 min... after he checked then he said that they forgot or never serviced the aircond for that unit, this is ridiculous for not doing their proper routine maintenance, Besides that, their bedroom also lacks a power outlet, so it is very inconvenient when I want to plug my laptop and charge my mobile phone at the same time. Their old refrigerator did not function well enough and their furniture also looked very old and dusty, I did not switch on their old TV, so I'm not sure if it is still working or broken too. Besides the bedroom, in front of the balcony, there were some workers still doing their renovation work with a grinder machine, so it was a very noisy and uncomfortable night at about 21.00 or 22.00 o'clock. Then, their toilet bathub also not working properly, I was order a smoking bedroom, but there is no any asthray at there, their electric kettle also look very old and dirty. Then, this is my first time overnight in a hotel without provided standard F&B such as sachet coffee or tea in the room which is very common things in any hotel I visited before, they are so stingy about small things. After that, I request to change to another room, the receptionist get me another one just about 2 room from the earlier one, the condition is overall just the same as before, the different is just the aircond more better than previous room. I don't think they will get repeat order guests if the conditions and facilities are kept like this.

The AC is not cold and is not comfortable and the lobby is also not cold enough.

Bedsheet dirty and smells like someone's perfume, do they even replace it?? The bedsprings are terrible, it feels to your bone and have sound. AC does not work well, feels hot. The bathroom is dirty and has a cockroach besides the shower curtain, molds everywhere, also there are spiderwebs everywhere. The hair dryer does not function well..

The place is comfortable and clean. Recommended for resting, and it's easily accessible.

Big room with huge bathtub. Location is near Pagi Sore, which is a big plus.

The room where you stay is spacious for a similar price category, the room atmosphere, bathtub, TV with various latest channels make the viewing experience even more exciting, if only there was a swimming pool that would be more exciting, and the hot water is not hot enough and the breakfast choices if only they could be more varied it would be more enjoyable.
