Firstly, the receptionist got me a bedroom with a broken or malfunctioning air conditioner. I reported to the receptionist to send their technician for a check. I waited quite a long time, approximately. 20-30 min... after he checked then he said that they forgot or never serviced the aircond for that unit, this is ridiculous for not doing their proper routine maintenance, Besides that, their bedroom also lacks a power outlet, so it is very inconvenient when I want to plug my laptop and charge my mobile phone at the same time. Their old refrigerator did not function well enough and their furniture also looked very old and dusty,
I did not switch on their old TV, so I'm not sure if it is still working or broken too.
Besides the bedroom, in front of the balcony, there were some workers still doing their renovation work with a grinder machine, so it was a very noisy and uncomfortable night at about 21.00 or 22.00 o'clock. Then, their toilet bathub also not working properly, I was order a smoking bedroom, but there is no any asthray at there, their electric kettle also look very old and dirty. Then, this is my first time overnight in a hotel without provided standard
F&B such as sachet coffee or tea in the room which is very common things in any hotel I visited before, they are so stingy about small things.
After that, I request to change to another room, the receptionist get me another one just about 2 room from the earlier one, the condition is overall just the same as before, the different is just the aircond more better than previous room.
I don't think they will get repeat order guests if the conditions and facilities are kept like this.
