What a mess!!! From the Traveloka photos, this hotel looked okay, but after arriving and staying, it was terrible. The bed was dirty. The sheets were dirty. The bathroom was even worse. The water was bad. Luckily, I was only staying one day because I had to fly the next day. I didn't even shower that night or the next morning. Seeing the condition of the room, I lost my appetite for breakfast. Even though it's a 4-star hotel, it felt like a 1-star hotel.
