I didn't expect the hotel to be worth it. I was suddenly searching for a hotel, and Vinotel was the top search result. Without further ado, I checked out after looking at several reviews. Thankfully, the hotel was clean, the service was friendly, and you could order food and have it delivered to you. It was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Overall, it was definitely worth it, recommended.

Improve the lighting in the room so it doesn't feel dim. Improve the taste of the food, too.

Early check-in was possible without any additional charge, the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the room cleanliness needs to be more detailed because the bed sheet had stains (dried blood marks), which were quickly replaced by the staff. The bathroom floor was slippery after use and also narrow. For breakfast, the rice was a bit dry and felt like it was not cooked properly, requesting an omelet but there is an additional charge. No juice, but overall the hotel is very strategic and recommended if you are just transiting, please pay attention to the cleanliness details in the room only.

My first impression, the bathroom is so clean, and you can try their nasi goreng... It's really nice.

With relatively affordable prices, it is highly recommended for those looking for a hotel around Cirebon City.

Good hotel, actually, very affordable and even when I gave certain things a low satisfaction, I will probably use this hotel whenever I need to be in Cirebon for work. Why room comfort bad? Well, I came there more than once already, and the hotel is new, but the ACs are very old and do not work well. Normally, I would say they need maintenance, but they are just plain old. If I were Indonesian, I probably wouldn't have minded that. What I do not like is that every night, which might lead to going to a different hotel, is that they turn off the water boilers during the night, but when I have meetings from 8 am until 1 am and come to my room with a cold shower, that's very annoying and unpleasant. Also, a watercooker would be nice for a good morning coffee or tea a night. I know they have them in other rooms, but not this one, and I do not understand why. It is not an expensive item. Breakfast, a simple breakfast that will satisfy a lot of Indonesians, simple, healthy, but for me, not enough flavour, or variety. I would like simple eggs with bread in the morning, but that's out of the question, while you can find that in other hotels almost always. Cleanliness, I am not a clean freak, BUT sheets are very dirty sometimes with stains that will never ever come out anymore, but just looks disgusting when you find a red spot or someone's make-up forever imprinted in the sheets or pillow.

The room is nice, comfortable and spacious, but the breakfast lacks variety.

So far, the hotel has been comfortable, but on my third visit yesterday, I first noticed that the hotel wasn't soundproof. LOL. I was about to go to sleep, but I leaned against the wall and heard voices.
