Friendly staff, good facilities, fragrant hotel area

The hotel staff is friendly but because it is under renovation it is a bit dusty.

For an even more comfortable and enhanced experience, a heated swimming pool would be a significant advantage.a more diverse and thoughtfully curated breakfast selection would greatly elevate the morning experience.

Friendly service, clean, tidy, nice place to rest

The atmosphere is nice, the hotel is clean but the room I stayed in was very noisy, especially at night, there were sounds of hammering and objects being pulled and there were apparitions seen on the 6th floor.

very impressive, when it was time for prayer, the call to prayer could be heard outside the room, a Qur'an was provided, the hotel staff was very friendly, the hotel was very comfortable.

Hotel Tugu staff are typical, kind, friendly and polite.

The hotel is good, affordable, close to Malioboro, the room is quite spacious, thank God I got a connecting room so I could be close to the kids.

In terms of friendliness, service and cleanliness, it is very good. It's just a bit difficult if you need to go to housekeeping when it's already late at night or very early in the morning and no one answers the phone.

Strategic location, comfortable room, clean, satisfactory service. Only for TV facilities can only watch local broadcasts, for national must be paid.

The hotel atmosphere is quite comfortable, close to the city center of Malioboro and Tugu station.
