Suitable for a place to stay for wedding preparations

Bring a group from Jakarta for a ngunduh mantu event at the UPB building, suitable for the comfort of the room, the downside is that the elevator access is limited so it is less comfortable if you bring a large family with rooms on different floors.

The Wi-Fi is slow and won't even connect. When it rains, water comes in through the cracks in the windows on the 5th floor, making the bedroom floor wet. Cable TV error. Service is not immediately responsive.

The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the restaurant food is very delicious.

Affordable prices and friendly hotel staff

The breakfast menu could be improved and more choices added, this morning I was a bit disappointed with the menu.

The female staff were friendly, but the male staff were lacking. The bathroom faucet was broken, so we had to move rooms. The floor had stains that were said to be difficult to clean. It would be better if there was a carpet near the bed so that when I got on the bed, my feet would be clean.

I got an upgrade because I wanted to ask for a connecting room. When I entered the room, it smelled really bad. I complained, but they said that they would spray the room with a lot of freshener because it was full that day and there were no empty rooms. It still smelled bad. There were lots of small cockroaches walking around the room table and in the toilet. There were also lots of flies and mosquitoes in the lobby.
