First time staying here and bringing my family, I immediately got a free upgrade to a 2 deluxe room, thank you so much! It's a shame it was only one night, but that one night was very memorable. All the hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and memorable. Overall, the service was excellent! I will definitely come back again, but later with a longer stay. Thank you all💙💙

Staff was good and friendly but check in at around 4 PM, we still had to wait for the room. Both beds were getting old, too soft or not firm enough. The fridge was not cold. The bottom of the beds were very dusty. Compliments to Syamsul from HK who was very accommodating and quick to serve.

Room-wise very spacious and good. Water heater took sometimes to heat the water. We got one pillow a little bit smelly.

Always stay here when I go to Jakarta, the price is affordable for a Marriot class, close to everywhere and all the staff are definitely helpful and friendly. So there is no need to doubt it anymore

I had booked a room, but the staff informed me that it wasn't ready yet and that I would need to wait for an hour without any prior notice. This led to a tense situation where my parents nearly argued with the staff due to the lack of clear communication. Aside from this issue, everything else was perfect!

Very nice room and bed. I can sleep well. Staff is very nice. But there is a sound of a machine leaving at night and in the morning from another room. Amenities are not enough…. The bathroom drain is very capable so it can't get water out…. Oh my.

Very comfortable, very strategic, even though the furniture and design may be a generation old. However, it is very comfortable, the AC and facilities are very complete and function well. Check out is also express. Also suitable for business trips. Supports work focus and mobility in the middle of Jakarta.
