The room was great, since it ' s clean and spacious. Unfortunately, the walls aren't soundproof, so it ' s easy to hear even the tiniest sound from outside. But the one that's more unfortunate, was the service of the staff there. They were rude and wasn't helpful. My room key once stuck and the door won't locked. I asked the staff on the lobby to accompany me to fix it, instead he asked to go back by myself and try it a couple of times while rolling his eyes. They rolled their eyes a lot. So, even if the room was great, due to the unprofessional attitude from the staff, we will not come band or recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Bangkok in the future. I hope they fixed and evaluate the staff who has bad service, since it's a service industry.
