Basic budget accommodation. Clean.

The telephone which is only a display in the room makes it difficult to contact the receptionist, the room is with old furniture and the room is stuffy.

The bed spring is broken. The room smells of old furniture. The tap water smells a bit. The entrance to the main road is a bit far and from the entrance to the hotel, it's pitch black. For cheap room rates like this (without a minibar and ugly and damaged furniture) you still ask for a deposit. Wow already.

My family and I really enjoy the holidays and stay at this Sunrise City hotel, the rooms are private and clean, the service is very good, the facilities are very complete, the breakfast menu is delicious, the swimming pool is large and there are many choices, the best, God willing, my next come here again.

At 14.00 check in want to enter the swimming pool, tell me not the officer. The next morning at 07.00, I was also not allowed to enter. Even though before booking, 2 people could swim for free. What hotel is the swimming column just a decoration 😂👎.

Good place for healing, lot of threes around property, equipt with swimming pool, water park, I have two tie with family and will be use this hotel for next Tanjung Pinang Trip.

The air conditioner is not cold, the location of the room is a bit gloomy but quite comfortable. There is no room key from inside. But okay, just for transit.

So many unpleasant things happened it ruined our holiday mood and experience must get some kind of compensation from you guys or them. 1. Waited for 3 hours to be picked up at the ferry terminal by their driver. Reason given vehicle breakdown. 2. Room given has faulty shower and toilet can't flush. Change to another room with worst problems. 3 kept changing room in total 3 times. 4 breakfast in room as the restaurant was closed. Closed restaurant so we can't order any food or drinks. Had to go out to get anything to eat.

The mattress is itchy. The others are really good, clean and tidy.

The location is very good, cleanliness is sufficient, the arrangement of facilities and equipment in the hotel room is not paid attention to, the building lacks maintenance, the bedroom leaks when it rains, the mattress is wet. It seems that the hotel accessories need to be renovated, such as TV, AC and others. Actually I enjoyed staying at the Sunrise City hotel.
